Frequently Asked Questions

Our Sarasota programs cover algae and blue-green algae treatment, invasive aquatic weed control, aeration and fountain service, shoreline and erosion repair, muck removal, water quality testing, and stormwater-pond inspections that help HOAs and communities stay compliant. We build the plan around your specific waterbody, not a one-size template.
We pair targeted, EPA-approved treatments with the longer game: improving aeration and circulation and reducing the nutrient runoff from fertilizer and stormwater that feeds the blooms in the first place. In our climate that usually means recurring visits, since one treatment alone rarely keeps a pond clear for long.
Yes, that is a large part of what we do here. Most community ponds are permitted SWFWMD stormwater systems that have to keep functioning for flood control and nutrient removal, so we maintain them and document the work to support your compliance and keep resident complaints down.
Because Southwest Florida's warm, wet climate drives growth year-round, most ponds and lakes here do best on a monthly maintenance plan. We will recommend the right cadence after we evaluate your waterbody, its nutrient load, and how it is used.
Clearer water, fewer algae and weed outbreaks, aeration and fountains that keep running, protected shorelines, compliance documentation for your board or property manager, and far fewer surprise problems. Proactive care almost always costs less than reacting to a pond that has already turned green.
